SILENZIO FILMS is a Spanish Distribution Company founded in 2002.
The company based his activities on a long time experience in the promotion of European films. Since 1996 the team has been working for different societies in the distribution and production field.
SILENZIO FILMS is also specialised in buying and selling film rights. The company has negotiated a great number of high-quality author films for the Spanish market: Jean-Luc Godard, Michael Hanecke, Manuel de Oliveira, Chantal Ackerman and João César Monteiro are some of the authors, whose films have been bought from the most important producers and European sales companies.
Around 40 masterpieces of European filmmakers have been distri-
buted in Spain due to SILENZIO FILMS.
Since 2005 SILENZIO FILMS has expanded its field of work by focus-
sing on International Sales of cinematographic films and documen-
taries. With the constant interest of specialization in author films of high quality.
